 Eriez 2008 Driver of the Year

The 2008 Race Banquet at Peak 'Peek on November 22nd the announcment was made. Jack Young was named Driver of the Year. The vote was unanimous. This is a award that means more than the points championship to almost all drivers.

 Raceway 7 Points Champion

The month of august started with the points race at raceway 7 in a near dead heat. After finishing 2 nd in the heat and 1st in the feature on 8/1/08. That night allowed us to take the lead in the points by a slim margin. The following week a finish of 7th in the heat and feature allowed us to win the championship by 5 points.

 Eriez 2008 Points Champion

The month of august ended at Eriez. When the dust settled after a 2nd place finish in the heat , and 1st in the feature. The points added up to take first place for points championship by a slim margin.Two points championships at two different tracks, what a year!.
